BLOOM CARE PLAN – MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to The Bloom Care Plan, Houston's exclusive Ice Fusion Hair Extensions membership program. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

1. MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT

1.1 Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to enroll
  • Valid credit or debit card required for recurring billing
  • Initial consultation and assessment required before enrollment
  • Membership begins on the date of first payment

1.2 Membership Tiers

  • Bloom Care Plan 18″ – $250/month
  • Bloom Care Plan 20″ – $275/month
  • Bloom Care Plan 22″ – $295/month
  • Bloom Care Plan 24″ – $325/month
  • Bloom Care Plan 26″ – $350/month
  • Bloom Care Plan 28″ – $375/month

1.3 What's Included

  • Professional reinstallation every 3 months (12 weeks)
  • New premium European Remy hair every 6 months
  • Deep repair treatment before each reinstallation
  • Monthly check-up and styling session
  • Complimentary birthday styling (annually)
  • Exclusive Bloom Box gifts
  • Priority booking for all appointments
  • Priority emergency repair access (within 48 hours)

2. BILLING & PAYMENTS

2.1 Recurring Charges

  • Membership fees are charged automatically on the same day each month
  • Your selected payment method will be charged until you cancel
  • Billing date is set at enrollment and remains consistent monthly

2.2 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit cards with credit card processing capability
  • Payment information must be kept current

2.3 Failed Payments

  • Failed charges will be retried for 7 consecutive days
  • After 7 days, membership is suspended until payment resolved
  • Suspended memberships lose scheduled appointments and priority access
  • No additional fees will be charged for payment processing issues

2.4 No Refunds

  • All monthly membership fees are non-refundable once processed
  • Partial month refunds are not available
  • Services used during the billing period cannot be refunded

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 How to Cancel

  • Email written notice to: yuliia.bloom.studio@gmail.com
  • Call or text: 346-317-4882
  • Submit notice in person during appointment
  • 30-day advance notice required

3.2 Cancellation Effective Date

  • Cancellation takes effect 30 days after written notice received
  • You continue to have access to services through your final billing date
  • Final payment will be processed on your regular billing date
  • No refunds issued for the 30-day notice period

3.3 What Happens to Unused Services

  • Scheduled reinstallation appointments must be completed before final billing date
  • Unused reinstallation credits expire at cancellation (non-refundable)
  • New hair allocated but not yet installed is non-refundable

3.4 No Cancellation Fees

  • There are no penalties or fees for canceling membership
  • You may cancel at any time for any reason with proper notice

4. MEMBERSHIP PAUSE OPTION

4.1 Pause Eligibility

  • Members may pause membership for up to 3 months per calendar year
  • Pause requests require 14-day advance written notice
  • Must be in good standing (no outstanding payments)

4.2 Pause Terms

  • No fees charged during pause period
  • Your membership spot and locked-in pricing are maintained
  • No services available during pause period
  • Paused time does not count toward your 6-month hair replacement schedule

4.3 Reactivation

  • Automatic reactivation after pause period ends
  • Full monthly fee resumes on scheduled reactivation date
  • All membership benefits immediately available upon reactivation

5. APPOINTMENT POLICIES

5.1 Scheduling

  • Reinstallations are scheduled by Bloom Studio every 3 months
  • You will receive appointment reminders 2 weeks in advance via text and email
  • Monthly check-ups can be scheduled at your convenience

5.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 48-hour advance notice required to cancel or reschedule
  • We appreciate timely communication to better serve all members
  • Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 2 weeks
  • Failure to reschedule within 2 weeks = forfeited service (non-refundable)

6. SERVICE QUALITY & CORRECTIONS

6.1 Quality Guarantee

  • We guarantee high-quality installation and color matching
  • If you're not satisfied, notify us within 72 hours of appointment
  • Free technical corrections available (adjusting bonds, repositioning)

6.2 What's NOT Included in Corrections

  • Full redo of the service
  • Adding extra volume or length beyond your tier
  • Changing hair color after installation
  • Replacing hair due to client aftercare negligence
  • These are considered new services and will be charged separately

6.3 Client Responsibilities

  • Follow provided aftercare instructions
  • Use recommended hair care products
  • Avoid prohibited activities (swimming without protection, excessive heat)
  • Notify Bloom Studio immediately of any issues or concerns

6.4 Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results may vary based on natural hair type, texture, and condition
  • Client's at-home care directly impacts extension longevity and appearance
  • Bloom Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper home care

7. PRICING & RATE PROTECTION

7.1 Locked-In Pricing

  • Your membership rate is locked for 12 months from enrollment date
  • New members pay current rates; existing members keep their locked rate

7.2 Price Increases

  • Annual price adjustments may occur after 12-month lock period
  • You will receive 60-day advance written notice of any price increase
  • Price increases will not exceed 10% annually
  • You may cancel without penalty if you decline the price increase

8. MEMBERSHIP-SPECIFIC REFUND EXCEPTIONS

8.1 Standard Policy

  • Monthly fees are non-refundable under normal circumstances

8.2 Exceptions (Refund MAY be considered)

  • Medical reasons: Doctor's note required showing you cannot wear extensions
  • Relocation: Moving more than 50 miles from Houston metro (proof of address required)
  • Service quality issues: Documented within 14 days with photos
  • Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts

8.3 Refund Process

  • Submit refund request in writing to yuliia.bloom.studio@gmail.com
  • Include documentation supporting your request
  • Refund decisions made within 14 business days
  • Approved refunds processed within 30 days to original payment method

9. HAIR & PRODUCT POLICIES

9.1 Premium European Hair

  • All hair provided is premium European Remy human hair
  • Hair is custom color-matched to your natural hair
  • New hair provided every 6 months as part of membership

9.2 Hair Ownership

  • Hair becomes your property once installed
  • Removed hair during reinstallation is yours to keep or dispose of
  • Hair removal is complimentary if you choose to discontinue extensions

10. PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING CONSENT

10.1 Documentation

  • Before and after photos taken for service records
  • Photos serve as official documentation in case of disputes
  • Service photos stored securely for your file

10.2 Marketing Use (Optional)

  • Separate consent required for marketing use of your photos
  • You may opt in or opt out at any time
  • Faces can be blurred upon request
  • Marketing consent can be revoked anytime via email

11. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

11.1 Priority Access

  • Priority booking for all appointment types
  • Emergency repair slots available within 48 hours (when possible)
  • Access to new services and techniques as they become available

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 Concerns & Complaints

  • We will work with you to resolve issues within 7 business days
  • All disputes must be reported within 30 days of service

12.2 Governing Law

  • This agreement is governed by Texas state law
  • Disputes resolved in Houston, Harris County, Texas
  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before litigation

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

13.1 Updates

  • These terms may be updated periodically
  • Members will receive 30-day advance notice of material changes via email
  • Continued membership after notice period constitutes acceptance
