Bloom Studio Hair Extensions – Return & Refund Policy
At Bloom Studio Hair Extensions, all services and products are final sale.
1. Services
Payments for installation and styling services are non-refundable once completed.
If a client has concerns, they must notify us within 72 hours of the appointment.
We will gladly provide a technical correction free of charge (e.g., adjusting or repositioning a few bonds).
Corrections do not include a full redo of the service, adding extra volume, changing color, or replacing hair. These are considered new services and will be charged separately.
Hair removal in our salon is offered free of charge if the client wishes to discontinue wearing the extensions.
2. Hair Extensions (Product)
The hair provided and installed by Bloom Studio Hair Extensions is part of the service package.
All hair sales are final and non-refundable once installed.
Results may vary depending on individual hair type, condition, and aftercare.
3. Documentation
Each procedure is documented with before-and-after photos as well as written communication.
In the event of disputes, this documentation may be provided as official proof of services rendered.
